But at CIHI, we believe something powerful:

Our mission rises from a tradition older than any government or institution: community. When Haitians come together, we survive hurricanes, rebuild homes, uplift each other, and dream bigger than our circumstances. CIHI stands on that tradition — but with a modern lens, a global mindset, and a disciplined plan.

We are here to create a movement of ownership, a new chapter where Haitians at home and abroad can finally say, “I own a piece of this country’s tomorrow.”

Our 10-Year Journey Ahead

A mission without a roadmap is just poetry.
Ours is both poetry and precision.

Year 1 — Laying the Foundation

We register CIHI, train our first agents, and launch our initial investment cycles. We acquire our first property in Cap-Haïtien and build the first prototype of our co-living/co-working concept. We reach 500 clients and 200 shareholders.

Years 2–3 — Expansion and Trust Building

We grow our team, expand to new cities, and create two additional housing projects. We build digital tools for transparency and reporting. We partner with diaspora circles and attract international remote workers.

Years 4–6 — Community Construction Phase

We begin building entire clusters of rental homes and micro-business units. We launch youth training programs, entrepreneurship hubs, and local construction partnerships. Our investor community crosses 2,000 members.

Years 7–10 — A National Movement

CIHI becomes a household name. We manage a diversified real estate portfolio across the country. We create thousands of jobs. We launch the CIHI Foundation to support education, agriculture, and innovation. And yes — by year 10, we stand as Haiti’s largest real estate investment ecosystem, powered not by elites, but by everyday people.
